Jody Scrutton (Business Manager)
Jody runs the day-to-day business at Llandudno Smokery, dealing with wholesale customers’ requirements and sourcing the best fresh fish, shellfish, game and poultry.
Jody gained an HND in Food and Hospitality Management and a BA(Hons) in Tourism and Hospitality Management from Bournemouth University. Passionate about food, he is an accomplished cook who appreciates what professional chefs and our retail customers need. He intends to develop a number of new smoked food products, perhaps including some spicy options influenced by his country of birth, Indonesia. Outside the Smokery Jody is a keen badminton player and claims to have once trained with the Indonesian national squad on a visit to Jakarta!
